Terms and Conditions
Domestic (U.S.) Customers:
If your Intelliglide is in stock it will ship within 24-48 hours of approved and cleared payment. Orders are processed in order of receipt of approved and cleared payment. If your item is not in stock or stock is depleted via another channel we will contact you regarding your order. You will have the option to wait for your back-order, modify your order, or cancel your order.
All Domestic United States orders include Free Standard Ground Shipping to the contiguous United States, all others are excluded and charged appropriately.
All International orders, and Alaska & Hawaii, must pay an additional $100 shipping at time of purchase.
Your Intelliglide item will ship from our U.S. Warehouse within 2-5 business days of your payment clearing. We only ship Monday through Friday.
Any in-stock orders placed Friday through Sunday will ship the following Monday or Tuesday.
Items Damaged During Transit:
If you receive a damaged item, you must contact us within 7 days by calling 1888-glide91, or by email at support@Intelliglide.com. If you do not contact us within this time period, your damage claim may be denied by the carrier. Customer assumes all responsibility for the damaged item before it is picked up by the corresponding carrier agents.
Each Intelliglide comes with a 6 month manufacturer warranty against mechanical defects (limitations and terms below). At the time of purchase or within 3 days after your purchase, you can add a 1-Year Accidental Damage Warranty to your order. This will cover accidental damage only. Neither warranty covers water damage.
This Limited Warranty covers the original purchaser from any defects in material or workmanship under normal use for one year from the date of invoice. This warranty is only offered to the original purchaser of the product, and is not transferable to a subsequent purchaser. Intelliglide will either repair or replace the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts are our discretion. Replacements may be different but functionally equivalent models. This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. These conditions may include, but are not limited to, road hazards, accidents, and improper operation or maintenance. Items returned for refund must be returned within 30 days from delivery. Under no circumstances will we issue refunds after 30 days.
Replacement Extended Warranty:
All replacement products are covered by the standard warranty starting at the date of original delivery. If for various reasons the replacement procedure extends beyond the warranty period, we at our discretion will extend the warranty coverage on such replacement up to an additional 30 days. Please be advised that this extended warranty is final and any additional extensions are non-negotiable.
Limits And Exclusions:
There are no express warranties except as listed above. Intelliglide shall not be liable for special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including, without limitation, direct or indirect damages for personal injury, loss of goodwill, profits or revenue, loss of use this product or any associated equipment, cost of substitute equipment, downtime cost, or any other losses, or claims of any party dealing with buyers from such damages, resulting from the use of or inability to use this product or arising from breach of warranty or contract, negligence, or any other legal theory. In no event shall Intelliglide be liable for any incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages or liabilities (including but not limited to incidental or consequential damages for loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of product, or any other consequential or incidental loss) in connection with the purchase, use, or operation of the product. Intelliglide is not liable for property damage, personal injury, or death. All express and implied warranties, including the warranties of merchant-ability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the applicable warranty period set forth above.
If you have placed an order, it has not yet shipped, and you wish to cancel, please forward your order confirmation to cancellation@Intelliglide.com to request cancel. Since the cancellation process may take up to 24 hours, please note that any orders that do ship in the meantime will have to be rejected and/or returned to us. Any shipping charges incurred when returning product to Intelliglide are the responsibility of the customer. Furthermore, if received, the box should remain unopened.
Once we receive the returned order, the refund will be processed within 48 hours. Shipping charge is not refundable. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation.
Please note: there may be an import fee due on delivery. It varies depending on your province and municipality, and we do not have any control over it. If this is your first time ordering from a U.S. store, please double-check with your local officials first. By purchasing, you confirm that you alone are responsible for any import tariffs or taxes due. Packages that are refused due to unpaid duties will not be refunded.
All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Prices are final as of time of an order. All products are shipped F.O.B. (Freight On Board) and become the sole property of the purchaser upon delivery to the specified shipping agent. In case of shipping damage, the customer should contact us immediately, so we can promptly file a damage claim with the carrier and expedite a replacement. Any discrepancy, including wrong items or missing items, should be reported to Intelliglide within 36 hours. By purchasing from our web site, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to all terms and conditions. All brands and product names mentioned are trademarks and/or registered trademarks of their respective holders. Product images are for representation purposes only. Actual products may have slight cosmetic differences.
If you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased from Intelliglide, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for refund if qualified (eligibility conditions listed below). Defective items may be returned within six months of the delivery date. Intelliglide will either repair or replace defective products at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts are our discretion. Replacements may be different but functionally equivalent models. All shipping, handling, and insurance charges are additional and non-refundable. Normally, all returns for non-defective reasons (e.g. customer changed mind) are subject to a 30% restocking fee. No refunds on items that have been used or parts missing. This fee does not apply to defective product returned within the Intelliglide warranty period. For all returns shipping must be prepaid, insured and bearing a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number on the shipping label and/or container. Any shipping charges incurred when returning product to Intelliglide are the responsibility of the customer. Submit your support ticket at http://Intelliglide.com/support/ for an RMA number, which will be required to ensure proper crediting of your account. We cannot accept returns without an RMA number. Returned products must be undamaged, clean, and in otherwise new condition with all original materials i.e. original packaging, manuals and accessories, and must be accompanied by the original invoice.
Intelliglide is committed to providing our family of customers with the highest level of service. To avoid any misunderstanding we encourage all our customers to read and become familiar with our return policy outlined below.
Intelliglide will accept the return of unused and undamaged products only. Products must be returned in the original packaging. The procedure is as follows:
- Within ten (10) days after receipt of the Intelliglide product, the customer must contact Intelliglide Customer Support department at 1 (888) 454-3391 or 1 (888) GLIDE-911 to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
- Upon receipt of the RMA number from Intelliglide, customer must ship the product back to Intelliglide in the original packaging. Product must be unused and undamaged and returned within ten (10) days after the RMA was issued.
- Customers will be charged a re-stocking fee equal to 15% of the purchase price for the returned item. Payment of this fee is due at the time the customer obtains the RMA, subject to actual return of the item in accordance with above.
- Upon receipt of the returned Intelliglide product, the product will be inspected to ensure that the item is returned in the original packaging and is unused and undamaged. Upon confirmation and verification, Intelliglide will credit the customer for the purchase price of the item less the 15% restocking fee
- If the returned product is used, damaged or not in the original packaging, Intelliglide, a credit will not be issue to the customer. Customer will also be responsible for paying all costs for the return of the item to the customer.
State Law Rights:
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary, from state to state. Not responsible for typographical errors.
